Choosing Therapy
You're here- Congratulations on making the first step in addressing those issues that have been getting in the way of the full enjoyment of your life. Making this step can seem like an intimidating process... wondering what questions to ask your potential therapist, and whether you will be comfortable with your therapist are all valid concerns. The most important factor in successful therapy is the client/therapist relationship, and I believe you will find me to be a welcoming, knowledgeable, and comfortable presence in your process toward
healing and wholeness.
Trauma symptoms manifest in many forms (anxiety, depression, stress in relationships, panic attacks, somatic symptoms, etc.) and trauma itself encompasses a variety of wounds and injuries. There is a specific protocol for treating trauma, and by combining my expertise in trauma treatment, and your own innate strengths and resources, we can work together to help you resolve those symptoms that are getting in the way of a full life.
